Diego Ayala

Diego serves as the Area Manager at EES, where he applies his extensive experience in project management and development. Previously, as Purchasing Director at Elecnor Hawkeye, Diego played a fundamental role in supporting the Operations department and strategically minimizing company liabilities.

Driven by a data-oriented mindset, Diego excels in projects involving the organization and analysis of information to identify efficiencies. His strong willingness to help, commitment to going the extra mile, and results-oriented approach significantly contribute to his success in simplifying processes.

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Navarra (Spain), Diego's professional journey began in Madrid, where he distinguished himself in internal and external sales for an industrial pumps manufacturer.

What Diego values most about his time at Elecnor Hawkeye is the people. Despite inevitable challenges, he appreciates the exciting times he experienced there. His advice to potential colleagues is to always be ready to help others with encouragement and kindness.

His personal motto, "Omnia in bonum" (All things work together for good), reflects his belief that all things align for the best.
