Tyler Gammie

Tyler joined the Elecnor family in June 2020 as a Safety Representative at Elecnor Hawkeye. In February 2023, Tyler was promoted to Safety Manager at Elecnor Energy Services, where he continues to leverage his expertise and leadership to make a significant impact. Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety and Applied Sciences from Keene State College. 

Tyler's role is multifaceted, involving the oversight of compliance with customers and maintaining a strong safety culture throughout the company. His primary focus is on emergency response and storm restoration. Tyler's most memorable project was working on Hurricane Ida in Louisiana in 2021. Witnessing the crews work together and form strong bonds while being miles away from their families was a truly remarkable experience. Tyler thrives on the collaborative efforts essential for achieving operational excellence during storm responses, which he considers the most rewarding aspect of his role.

His advice to his colleagues is to “get used to performing in chaos.” He believes that controlling what you can and putting your best foot forward is crucial during storm responses.

Tyler recognizes that his most significant mentor is his father, who instilled in him the values and work ethic essential for achieving success. He takes pride in upholding those values and feels a deep sense of responsibility to make his father proud by consistently embodying them in his work.
